Orders & Account

How do I place an order?
Ordering online from Aussie Style is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click "Add to Cart". You can review the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner. Once reviewed, click checkout to place your order.
How do I checkout?
Click the ‘Checkout’ button in your cart. You will be prompted to sign in, create an account, or checkout as a guest via PayPal. Choose your shipping method, apply any discount codes, and complete your payment. A confirmation email will follow shortly.
Where is my confirmation email?
Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email. Check your Junk/Spam folder. If not received, email our Customer Care at info@aussiestyle.com.
I’m unable to place my order. What do I do?
If an error occurs, check your credit card funds or billing/shipping address formatting. If the issue persists, email a screenshot and your browser details to info@aussiestyle.com.
Can I cancel/make changes to my order?
Changes are only possible within 1 hour of placing the order if it hasn't been processed. Contact cancel@aussiestyle.com immediately with your request.
How can I update my billing address?
Log into "My Account" and go to the "Details" tab. Note: Changing billing does NOT update shipping for active orders. For shipping changes on recent orders, email cancel@aussiestyle.com within 1 hour.
Why do I have to create an account?
An account allows you to manage orders, wishlists, and receive exclusive offers. You can create an account HERE.

Payments & Billing

It looks like my card was charged twice. Why?
You may be seeing a bank authorization check to ensure funds. This usually clears within 48 hours. If you received two distinct order confirmation emails with different order numbers, please email cancel@aussiestyle.com immediately.
Can I cancel my order without being charged?
Orders cancelled before shipping will be fully refunded. If shipped, you must follow our Returns Policy.
What is AfterPay?
AfterPay allows you to buy now and pay in fortnightly instalments. Visit afterpay.com for details.
I’m having difficulties purchasing a Gift Card.

Shipping & Tracking

How can I check the status of my order?
Sign into your account and select "View My Order Status" to see shipment updates.
Where is my order?
Check your email for the tracking number (check Spam folder too). Domestic orders take 1-2 days after shipping. International orders vary; check our Shipping Page.
The tracking number isn’t updating. Where is it?
Tracking may take time to update upon reaching destination countries due to customs. Contact your local post office for details.

Products & Stock

Do you have a size chart?
Yes, check the "Size Guide" on any product page. For specific measurements, contact us.
What if an item is sold out?
Select "Register here" on the product page to be notified via email when it restocks.
Where are your items designed?
The Aussie Style label is designed in Australia with our in-house team, featuring exclusive prints and details.

Returns & Stores

Can I return a sale item?
No. Sale items are Final Sale only. See our Returns Policy.
Can I return a full priced item?
Yes! Valid full priced items can be returned online or in-store. Exchanges are available in-store based on stock.
Can I purchase items in store?
Yes! We have physical stores in Brisbane (Westfield Chermside) and Gold Coast (Pacific Fair). Elsewhere, we are online only.
